About Filtex
Filtex was founded at the end of 2004. Prior to 2004, the founders worked in the filtration department of Induscon. In 2005, we believed the time was right to chart an independent course and take over the filtration department of Induscon.
From 2007 to 2014, Filtex was located in a brand-new building in Mariakerke near Ghent, at Kleimoer 10, B-9030. Our workshop, offices, and warehouse constantly evolved with our company. Flexibility was crucial for us as it kept overhead (and consequently costs) as low as possible, benefiting our customers and helping to minimize our ecological footprint.
In 2013, the Filtex team expanded with a highly experienced new colleague: Frederic Crestani. Frederic had worked in the filtration industry for over 10 years in a slightly different niche, adding to our existing knowledge base. We always strive for ecological solutions, such as cleanable filters or filter systems with minimal disposable parts.
2014 marked another significant year for Filtex, as since November 2014, we relocated to a much larger facility in Lovendegem. Since 2015, Filtex has also been VCA certified.
